 Instruments for Kids is a program that is now underway in affiliation with Big Brother/ Big Sisters and the Children Aid Society. Jam Space will promote to the public the need for instruments, amps and learning material to distribute to kids that want to learn how to play but may not have the means to purchase these items. Jam Space is asking the public or organizations to donate either used or new equipment and teaching books/cd’s and will make sure, through the help of Big Brother/Big Sisters and CAS, that the kids get their instruments at no cost to them. Jam Space will also be offering some free music clinics throughout the year to help teach the kids the basics on how to play their instruments.
